ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT: FAST TRACK TO POSITION OF
SUPERINTENDENT!
The following information provides an overview of the skills,
qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
I represent a premier construction management builder of mixed-use
projects up to $100M from Westchester to New Haven County. Great
company to work for, all of their business is based on referrals
and repeat business.
Projects include tight site conditions, underground garages,
structural steel or wood frame, high-end finishes and rooftop
pools. You will start on a $60M value, 223 units, 12 story project
and will be trained by an outstanding Lead Superintendent.
Competitive salary with bonuses from 5% to 10% and a great benefit
package.
