are currently searching for Lead Abatement Project Inspectors for
projects throughout the five boroughs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee lead abatement/disturbance projects
- Inaction with clients and contractors to determine daily work
activities
- Preparation of daily written logs summarizing work activities
and observations
- Review of waste storage areas and tracking of waste generated
during the project
- Transmittal of daily logs to project managers
Qualifications
- Current C-3/C-5 Certification from Association for Materials
Protection and Performance (AMPP) formerly known as The Society for
Protective Coatings (SSPC)
- 2+ years experience performing lead abatement/disturbance
monitoring for MTA NYCT related projects
- Valid MTA NYCT Track Safety Training Card
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends based on project
schedules
- Experience performing air monitoring on abrasive blasting
projects a big+
- Valid NYS Driver's License and vehicle a plus
- Additional asbestos, lead, mold and OSHA Certifications a
big+
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
working with clients and construction
contractors/subcontractor

Maximum - $100,000- Visa sponsorship is not available for this
