they need to achieve their mission critical priorities.The MVP,
Sales Technology provides leadership to ensure technology is best
leveraged by our Sales organization.What you will do in this
role:
- Partner with Gartner C-suite and other senior business leaders
in the Sales, Sales Operations, and Service Delivery functions to
understand how technology can enable their strategy.
- Develop and execute a technology strategy for Gartner sales
that supports the organization's growth, innovation and competitive
advantage.
- Manage and mentor a global team of business-focused technology
professionals who deliver on the technology roadmap. Provide the
team with guidance, direction and support for their personal
development and career growth.
- Ensure that Gartner is realizing measurable value from the
investments it has made in technology, especially CRM.
- Leverage emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence
& machine learning to measurably improve Gartner associate & client
outcomes and productivity.
- Partner with Gartner's CDAO and other roles to improve the
management and quality of data leveraged by our Sales teams.What
skills you need for the role:
- 10-12 years of experience leading technology or business teams
in the Sales, Client Services, or Sales / Sales Operations or
related areas.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Sales /
Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise with technologies (especially
Salesforce) used to support Sales teams in a B2B context.
- Ability to develop and clearly communicate technology
strategies in a way that is understood by senior business
leaders.
- Proven ability to inspire, build, and lead teams of
business-focused technologists.
- Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and
interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
with senior business leaders.
- High level of innovation balanced with the ability to drive
strong operational excellence and delivery of technology
solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple business and
technology functions to successfully achieve goals.Who are we?At

estimate of the base salary range for this role is 200,000 USD -
261,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the
range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including,
but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional
achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base
salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan
based on company and individual performance, or a role-based,
