PRIDE Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Case Management Level III for a local contract nursing job in Bronx, New York. Job Description & Requirements

  Required Skills:
  --- Two years case/resource management and utilization management are required .
  --- 3-5 years Care Management experience is preferred.
  --- EPIC experience PRI (Patient Review Instrument) and SCREEN experience.
  
  Education:
  --- BSN
  
  Licenses and Certifications:
  --- New York State RN License.
  --- AHA BLS
